Shoulder:
Measure your shoulder circumference.
Wrap a flexible tape measure all the way around the circumference
of your body at shoulder level on the most prominent point of your
deltoids.
Chest:
Measure your chest circumference directly under your arm pits
slightly above your nipples.
Bicep:
Measure your bicep circumference making sure to wrap over the
most renown part (the peak)
All measurements should be taken relaxed and un-flexed.
Best before a workout.
